Application and maintenance of Ce Iso Durable Industrial Hose Squeeze Pump With Adjustable Flow Rate:
(1) Check before starting: whether the connectors and fasteners are firm, pressurize them to working pressure with clear water, and check whether there is any leakage in each system.
(2) Attention should be paid during startup and operation: the voltage is consistent enough, the rotating speed is uniform, and the sound is normal. If the pump is equipped with other power machines, it should be operated according to the requirements of their operating instructions. When the hose pump is idling (vacuumizing or exhausting), the rotating speed of the pump should not exceed 200 rpm. The working pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure of slurry hose pump.
(3) After use, you must work with clear water for 1-2 minutes, and clean the working cavity and pipeline to avoid damage to the hose caused by residual crystallization of certain liquid.

1. Remove the front end cover, and remove the shaft retaining ring on the roller shaft to remove the roller.
2. The inlet and outlet nozzles can be taken out by loosening the stiffening hoop, and the U-shaped hose can be taken out of the pump cavity.
3. The hose installation and replacement can be reversed.
