The Hydraulic Double-Cylinder Grouting Machine utilizes a double-cylinder, double-acting hydraulic drive system. An electric motor powers a gear pump to generate hydraulic pressure, while an electro-hydraulic directional control valve regulates the two working cylinders to perform alternating reciprocating movements with a 180° phase difference; as one cylinder discharges grout, the other simultaneously performs the intake stroke. This ensures continuous, high-pressure grout delivery without pulsation, achieving a volumetric efficiency exceeding 95%.
Key components of the machine include the motor, gear pump, relief valve, hydraulic directional control valve block, drive cylinders, working cylinders, heat exchanger, and grout intake/discharge valve assemblies. The drive cylinders and working cylinders are synchronously linked via a common shaft, allowing for the stepless adjustment of displacement and pressure within the design range.
