Jet grout

Jet grout mixing equipment is responsible for mixing cement and other additives with water to make a uniform slurry. This slurry is then transported to the injection pipe by a high-pressure pump and injected into the ground to mix with the soil. During the construction process, the jet grout mixer must continue to operate to ensure the consistency and uniformity of the slurry, which is crucial to achieving the strength and permeability required by the design.

Jet grouting pump is a high-pressure grouting equipment specifically used for grouting engineering. It can inject grout (such as cement slurry, chemical grout, etc.) into rock and soil under high pressure to achieve reinforcement, waterproofing, anti-seepage and other purposes. Jet pumping pumps drive fluid under high pressure, increasing velocity and decreasing pressure as it passes through the nozzle, forming a low-pressure zone (suction chamber). When the pressure in the low-pressure zone is lower than the pressure of the suction fluid, the suction fluid is carried into the injector body, mixed with the driving fluid, and discharged. During this process, the kinetic energy of the fluid is converted into pressure energy, forming a high-pressure slurry, which is then injected into the rock and soil through a grouting pipe.
