Electric-powered refractory spraying machines have a wide range of applications, including industrial furnace maintenance, infrastructure construction, mine tunnel repair, slope protection and landscaping, and special environment construction. These applications are described below:
Industrial Furnaces
Furnace Lining Repair and New Construction
Steel Industry: Used for repairing the linings of equipment such as ladles, blast furnaces, and converters, spraying refractory materials to form a protective layer and extend equipment life.
Power Generation Industry: Spraying refractory materials on boilers, combustion chambers, and other areas to improve thermal efficiency and prevent high-temperature corrosion.
Cement and Ceramics Industry: Repairing the refractory layers of equipment such as rotary kilns and tunnel kilns to ensure continuous production stability.
Hot Gunning
Electric gunning machines can be used to quickly repair localized wear or cracks in industrial furnaces during operation, reducing downtime and lowering maintenance costs.
Refractory Spraying
Refractory materials are sprayed on the inner walls of furnaces in the ceramics and glass industries to extend furnace life. The machine supports a cement to sand and gravel mix ratio of 1:3 to 1:5 to accommodate different material requirements. Fire retardant spraying: Spraying fire retardant paint on the surface of building steel structures to improve structural stability during fire.
