Thin Type Hydraulic Jack
A Thin Type Hydraulic Jack (also known as a low-profile hydraulic jack or pancake jack) is a compact, low-height hydraulic lifting device designed for applications where vertical space is limited. Despite its small size, it can generate significant lifting force, making it ideal for tight spaces in industrial, automotive, construction, and maintenance settings.
Today we shipped 10 50-ton thin-type jacks to our customer in Singapore for use in lifting bridge gaps. Thin hydraulic jacks are compact lifting devices designed based on Pascal’s principle. They lift heavy objects via hydraulic transmission and are suitable for space-constrained industrial environments.

Features of Thin Hydraulic Jacks:
1. Ultra-thin Structural Design: Significantly thinner than traditional jacks (some models have a minimum height of only 110mm), allowing for operation in confined spaces, such as lifting support beams during bridge maintenance or positioning precision components during mechanical adjustments.
2. High Load Capacity: Rated lifting capacities range from 5 tons to 150 tons, meeting the heavy lifting needs of scenarios such as power maintenance and shipbuilding. For example, the TOYU brand offers a 10T-50T series, while the German SAIVS brand covers ultra-high pressure models from 50T to 1000T.
3. Corrosion Resistance and Portability: The surface is treated with a baked-on paint for corrosion protection, and the plunger is chrome-plated for enhanced wear resistance; some models are equipped with portable handles and quick couplings for easy deployment and integration with multiple devices.
4. Safety Protection Mechanism
Built-in dust ring reduces contamination and extends seal life; spring return structure ensures automatic reset after unloading, avoiding the risks of manual operation.

Thin Hydraulic Jack Applications:
Lifting vehicles with low ground clearance (e.g., sports cars).
Machinery maintenance in confined areas.
Bridge bearing replacement.
Pre-stressing/post-tensioning in construction.
Industrial equipment alignment and leveling.
