High flow and low pressure grout plant unit combination of mixer, agitator and grout pump in one base frame.
Mixer is used to obtain paste through the intense mixing of water and cement or bentonite. The obtained mix is transported into an agitator.
An agitator, which maintains in suspension mixes such as mortar or bentonite clay. Then grouting pump absorbs cement paste from agitator. Because of using rectangular agitator, makes the plant with smaller boundary dimension.
Grout pump adopts the full hydraulic drive. Grouting pressure and output are step-less adjustable and grout pump have high speed and low speed by rotating ball valve switch.

Driven by diesel engine:
LGP220/350/50DPI-D high flow grout plant unit is equipped with single acting double cylinders piston pump. Double cylinders piston pump with single acting to ensure the continuous slurry flowing and not easily leaking compared with the double acting piston pump.
The mixer volume of LGP220/350/50DPI-D high flow grout plant unit is 220L, its agitator volume is 350L. Grouting pressure and output are step-less adjustable. The working pressure of its grouting pump is 0-30bar, and its pump output is 0-50L/min.
LGP800/1200/200PI-D high flow grout plant unit produces a homogeneous crushed suspension through a high-speed grout mixer. High flow grout plant unit is equipped with automatically batching weight system and PLC control system to automate operations.
The mixer volume of LGP800/1200/200PI-D high flow grout plant unit is 800L, its agitator volume is 1200L. Grouting pressure and output are step-less adjustable. Its working pressure is 0-5Mpa, its output is 200L/min. And the power of diesel power is 55Kw.
Driven by electric engine grout plant unit:
LGP250/700/75PI-E low pressure grout plant unit is driven by electric engine. Its mixer capacity is 250L. Its agitator capacity is 700L. Its motor power is 7.5Kw. Its suitable water- ratio of the mixer is 0.5:1. When its working pressure is 0-5Mpa, its output is 0-75L/min; when its working pressure is 0-10Mpa, its output is 0-40L/min. And its power is 7.5Kw.
