Compared with other mixers, planetary mixer has two different mixing direction, revolution and rotation. Because of this feature, the planetary mixer has more mixing advantages, for example, mixing with no hidden corner in the mixing pan by installing mixing tools and scraper tools on a specially designed drive system.  
Usually planetary mixer has two kind different discharge door, hydraulic discharge door and pneumatic discharge door. If there is air source in working site, pneumatic discharge door is good choice. For hydraulic discharge door planetary mixer, there is hydraulic station used for providing hydraulic oil for hydraulic cylinder.
 
Mixing capacity less than 1000 liters, our standard concrete planetary mixer configure pneumatic discharge door, while more than 1000 liters mixing capacity, we recommend hydraulic discharge door. Don’t worry, for less than 1000 liters, we could customize hydraulic discharge door according to customers’ project demands.  
Usually, planetary mixers are sold as a single unit, but customized planetary mixers can also be supplied according to clients’ requirement. Like adding skip hopper, cement weighting device, water pump etc.
 
There are removable and replaceable wear-resistant linings and mixing blades inside the planetary mixer, which greatly increase the service life of the mixer. Refractory castable planetary mixer have much wide application, like mixing high performance concrete (HPC), refractory castable materials, mortar, and foam concrete etc. Most customers purchase planetary mixer for sales for concrete mixing plant, refractory production line, castable repair project etc.  
For materials that are easy to agglomerate, we can also add a rapid stirring device and a stirring knife. It can break up the agglomerated materials in time to ensure that the materials are mixed more fully.
