Colloidal Grout Mixer Pump Unit
The Colloidal Grout Mixer Pump Unit is a compact grouting system developed for the preparation, storage and controlled delivery of cement-based and bentonite-based grout. By integrating a high-shear colloidal mixer, an agitating tank and a grout pump on one working platform, the unit provides a practical solution for contractors carrying out borehole injection, micropile grouting, foundation reinforcement and ground improvement work.
The Colloidal Grout Mixer Pump Unit can be used to improve weak ground beneath buildings, bridges, tunnels and industrial structures.
Grout is introduced into soil pores, rock cracks or underground voids to improve stability, reduce permeability or fill unwanted spaces. Depending on the injection method, the system may be used for:
Consolidation Grouting
Grout is injected into fractured rock or weak ground to increase structural stability and reduce water movement.
Contact Grouting
The equipment fills gaps between concrete structures and surrounding soil or rock.
Curtain Grouting
Grout is injected along a planned line to form a low-permeability barrier against groundwater.
Anchor Grouting
Cement grout is pumped into drilled holes around anchor rods, soil nails or rock bolts.
Micropile Grouting
The unit supplies grout for filling and pressure-grouting micropile boreholes.
Void Filling
Pumpable grout is delivered into abandoned cavities, underground gaps or spaces beneath foundations.
