Hose type peristaltic concrete pump with mixer
Hose type peristaltic concrete pump with mixer is a device that combines peristaltic pump technology with concrete mixing function. It realizes concrete transportation through periodic compression of the hose and integrates a mixing system to ensure concrete uniformity. It is suitable for small-scale construction or special scenarios.
Hose type peristaltic concrete pump with mixer technical principle and core structure:

Technical principle and core structure
Peristaltic pump technology
Based on the principle of peristaltic pump, the equipment periodically squeezes the hose by rotating the roller to form negative pressure to suck concrete, and then discharges it through positive pressure. As the only part in contact with concrete, the hose avoids the wear and leakage problems of traditional piston pumps, and supports forward and reverse operation, which is easy to clean and empty.
Integrated mixing system
The equipment is equipped with an independent agitator to mix cement, sand and water in real time to ensure the uniformity of concrete and prevent segregation. The mixing speed is adjustable to meet different ratio requirements.
Key parameters
Flow range: 0.007-3 m³/h (small equipment) to 40 m³/h (industrial-grade equipment).
Output pressure: 0-16 bar, to meet vertical transportation needs (such as high-rise buildings).
Hose material: usually NBR (nitrile rubber) or EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber), wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
Drive mode: stepper motor or servo motor, support 32 subdivision drive technology, achieve low noise, high-precision speed control (resolution up to 0.1 rpm).
