
Working principle of the double cylinder cement grouting pump:
It is a double-acting, double-cylinder reciprocating pump driven by an electric motor and a hydraulic system.
The electric motor drives a gear pump to generate hydraulic pressure.
An electro-hydraulic directional valve controls the reciprocating motion of the two cylinders.
One cylinder discharges grout (grout discharge), while the other cylinder draws in new grout (grout intake).
The alternating motion of the two cylinders achieves continuous, pulsation-free flow under high pressure.
