Automatic grouting mixer can be equipped with grout pump and used for tunnel excavation and maintenance, mining well engineering, dam construction, foundation treatment of big bridges and high building, and pressure grouting of all kinds of underground constructions.
The automatic grouting mixer is mainly used to make cement grout, it plays a pivotal role in formulating cement-based slurry mixtures, which, when coupled with a grouting pump, facilitates pressurized injections for a multitude of applications. These include tunnel excavations and reinforcements, mining operations, dam constructions, extensive foundation works beneath major bridges and skyscrapers, as well as an array of subterranean projects.
During its operation, precise quantities of cement and water are introduced into the mixing drum in accordance with established ratios.
Within this drum, the substances are propelled into a continuous flow under the force of the mixing pump, thereby achieving thorough homogenization.
Subsequently, the ready-mixed slurry is channeled through a valve into a designated holding tank.
This storage tank is fitted with agitation blades, ingeniously designed to prevent sedimentation of the slurry, thus maintaining its consistency and injectability over time.
