The pneumatic refractory mortar mixing pump is designed to prepare and transport dense refractory mortar used in furnace lining construction, repair and maintenance. It combines batch mixing and compressed-air conveying in one coordinated material-handling system.

Refractory aggregates, cementitious binders, additives and water are added to the mixing chamber according to the required formulation. The dry refractory components are loaded into the mixing chamber, followed by the required quantity of water and additives. The mixing mechanism processes the materials until the specified mortar consistency is obtained.

After mixing, the prepared refractory mortar moves toward the conveying outlet. Compressed air pushes the material through the delivery hose to the construction area.
