The LGP440/50PI-22E high-pressure grout injection triplex pump is specifically designed for jet grouting in complex geological conditions. It boasts a maximum operating pressure of 5 MPa and a flow rate range of 0-440 L/min. Utilizing three-cylinder synchronous operation technology, precise valve control, and wear-resistant alloy construction, it can stably pump cement-based grout with up to 20% sand content, perfectly suited to Philippine soil characteristics.
 
The customer stated that this equipment will be directly used in the foundation reinforcement work of the Manila Subway Expansion Project. Its high-pressure stability and continuous operation capability will significantly improve the bearing capacity of soft soil foundations, ensuring safety for subsequent tunneling.
