LCG-40 Refractory gunite machine for coke oven repair is designed for pneumatic conveying and spraying of dry refractory repair materials onto damaged coke oven walls, door areas, roofs and other lining surfaces.

During operation, the dry refractory mixture is continuously fed into the machine and conveyed through the delivery hose by compressed air. Water is added and adjusted at the spraying nozzle before the material is projected onto the prepared repair surface, forming a compact refractory repair layer.
