The LGP220/450/38H-H Hydraulically Driven Grout Station brings slurry preparation and delivery together in a compact arrangement. It provides contractors with a coordinated mixing, holding and pumping system for projects where compatible hydraulic power is available.

Inside the 220 L mixer, water, cement and suitable additives are blended through centrifugal-pump recirculation. The material passes through the circulation circuit and returns to the mixer until the batch is ready for transfer. A squeeze valve then directs the prepared slurry into the 450 L agitator.
The agitator acts as a buffer between batch mixing and grout delivery. By keeping the slurry moving, it helps limit settling while material awaits pumping. This separate holding stage also makes the mixer available to prepare another batch. The integrated hose pump delivers slurry at a specified output of 19–38 L/min, with a pump pressure specification of 14 bar.

An external hydraulic supply of 45 L/min at 16.5 MPa drives the station. This arrangement avoids the need for an electrical drive connection and the associated voltage and frequency matching.
The station can be considered for civil engineering, tunnel void filling, onshore and offshore filling, and compatible low-strength backfill projects. Equipment selection should account for slurry composition, delivery distance, required pressure and the available hydraulic supply.
