Fully automatic cement grout mixer station
The fully automatic cement grout mixer station is a newly designed, containerized, high-capacity grout mixer widely used in various grouting projects.
Typical Applications:
Tunnel & mining grouting (goaf filling, water sealing)
Highway / railway / bridge foundation consolidation
Dam & hydraulic engineering seepage control
Underpinning & soil stabilization
Today, the factory shipped a popular fully automatic cement grout mixer station. A 1200L grout mixer and a 2500L agitator are housed in a 20-foot container. This allows for the continuous preparation of cement and bentonite slurry for grouting projects, widely used in tunnel and mining grouting (goaf filling, water sealing), etc.

How does it work?
1. Auto Batching: Cement, water, sand, and chemical additives are fed via screw conveyors into weigh hoppers. A PLC system controls exact dosages based on preset water-cement ratios.
2. High-Speed Vortex Mixing: Materials enter a high-speed eddy current mixer (typically 1000–2800 RPM, variable speed). Centrifugal force disperses cement particles uniformly into water, producing a homogeneous slurry in seconds.
3. Secondary Stirring & Storage: The slurry passes through a secondary agitation tank for final homogenization, then sits in a storage tank (commonly…) 2,500L) ready for pumping.
4. Auto Grouting A grout pump delivers the slurry to the injection point. Pressure, flow rate, and volume are all auto-regulated.
5. Self-Cleaning After use, water flushes the pipeline automatically — critical for preventing curing between batches.

Its applications are very broad, mainly concentrated in grout preparation projects requiring high strength, high precision, and anti-settlement properties.
1. Post-Tensioning Grouting: Used in prestressed concrete structures such as bridges and large buildings to mix highly fluid cement grout. Fully automated equipment ensures an absolutely precise water-cement ratio, allowing the grout to perfectly fill the prestressed pipes, preventing steel strands from rusting and ensuring structural safety.
2. Tunnel Grouting & Ground Reinforcement: Used in subways, mining tunnels, and underground engineering for grouting behind tunnel segments, pre-grouting, or surrounding rock reinforcement. The equipment has a strong continuous grout supply capacity, quickly filling ground voids and controlling surface settlement.
3. Dam Grouting & Curtain Grouting: Used for seepage prevention treatment of dam foundations in hydraulic dams. Fully automated mixing plants can handle large-scale, continuous grouting operations, ensuring the uniformity and impermeability of the grout, forming a robust underground water-stopping curtain.
4. Soil Stabilization & Deep Mixing: In soft soil foundation treatment, cement grout is injected underground to mix with the soil, improving the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation. It is commonly used in highway, airport runway, and land reclamation projects.
5. Micro-pile & Anchor Grouting: Used for anchor/cable grouting in slope protection and foundation pit engineering. High-shear mixing ensures high strength and good thixotropy of the cement grout, enabling the anchoring force to meet design requirements.
6. Water Well Drilling & Oil/Gas Well Cementing: In drilling projects, it is used to mix cement grout to seal the wellbore, isolate groundwater layers, and support the casing.
Advantages of a fully automatic cement grout mixer station:
1. Zero manual batching — auto weigh, auto mix, auto discharge
2. Consistent slurry quality — high-speed vortex ensures uniform dispersion every batch
3. One operator only — the entire station runs from a computer console
4. Closed structure — minimal dust and noise, meets environmental standards
5. Formula memory — store multiple mix recipes, switch with one click
