Description
The LDJM mechanical diaphragm metering pump is a motor-driven reciprocating positive-displacement pump developed for accurate and continuous dosing of corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. Its discharge capacity can be continuously adjusted between 0 and 100%, allowing operators to match the dosing rate to different process requirements.

PVC chemical dosing pump

The pump uses a compact eccentric cam drive and a PTFE-rubber composite diaphragm to provide stable operation, excellent corrosion resistance and reliable separation between the chemical medium and the mechanical transmission components. The dosing flow can be adjusted whether the pump is running or stopped, making process regulation convenient and flexible.

Mechanical Diaphragm Metering Pump Manufacturer

Different wetted-material configurations are available, including PVC, PTFE, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel. Special materials can also be selected according to the chemical properties, temperature and operating conditions. The leak-free diaphragm structure makes the pump suitable for handling corrosive, toxic, hazardous, flammable or strongly odorous liquids.

With a maximum rated pressure of 0.8 MPa, metering accuracy of ±2%, and multiple flow and motor configurations, the LDJM series is suitable for chemical dosing in water treatment, petroleum, chemical processing, environmental engineering, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, metallurgy and mining.

Application
1. Water and Wastewater Treatment
The mechanical diaphragm metering pump can accurately inject coagulants, flocculants, disinfectants, acids, alkalis and pH-adjustment chemicals into municipal and industrial water-treatment systems.

2. Chemical Processing
It is suitable for feeding chemical additives, catalysts, reagents and process liquids into tanks, pipelines, mixers and reactors.

3. Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry
The pump can be used for controlled injection of corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, demulsifiers, biocides and other petroleum-processing chemicals.

4. Environmental Protection
It can provide continuous or intermittent dosing for wastewater neutralization, odor control, sludge treatment and pollution-control processes.

5. Boiler Water Treatment
The pump is suitable for phosphate, ammonia, oxygen scavenger, corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor dosing in boiler and feedwater systems.
