Working principle of LH32-330B Explosion Proof Hose Pump:
The pump body is equipped with a special rubber hose with smooth inner surface and high strength. When a pair of rollers rotate and squeeze the hose, the rotation and squeezing force will force the material being conveyed to flow in one direction without backflow. After the material in the hose is conveyed, the squeezed hose returns to its original shape by its own elasticity and the pressing force of the side rollers. During this process, the generated vacuum sucks the material into the hose cavity, and then the sucked material will be squeezed by the coming roller and discharged from the output port again. With the continuous rotation of the drum, the material is continuously sucked and discharged.
