LZC-15/D High-capacity mobile shotcrete equipment is a fully integrated, trailer-mounted wet shotcrete system purpose-built for tunnel and underground construction. It combines a 15 m³/h shotcrete pump, a 2.5 m³ mixing hopper, and a 26.9 kW YANMAR 3TNV88-BDTYC diesel engine on a single-wheeled chassis — enabling fast, self-powered, on-site mobility.







Designed for high-speed concrete spraying onto rock walls, the LZC-15/D delivers consistent, mechanized shotcrete application with low rebound (<10%), reduced dust (>60%), and minimal manpower (2–3 operators) — replacing traditional manual spraying with a faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective solution for railway tunnels, highway tunnels, metro stations, mine shafts, and underground engineering projects.

 

1. Railway Tunnels: Initial support and secondary lining of tunnels, used for shotcrete sealing of surrounding rock to prevent collapse.
2. Highway Tunnels: Excavation face support, used for immediate shotcrete stabilization of the tunnel face after excavation.
3. Subway/Underground Stations: Platform and passageway lining, used for shotcrete application to walls and roofs of underground spaces.
4. Mining Roadways: Roadway support, used for reinforcement of mine roadway walls.
5. Hydropower and Water Conservancy: Water diversion tunnels and powerhouse caverns, used for lining and reinforcement of underground caverns.
6. Slopes/Foundation Pit: Slope protection and foundation pit reinforcement, used for shotcrete slope protection to prevent landslides.
