LGM90/100PLD-E high-pressure hydraulic grout pump features a dual-plunger (dual-cylinder) design, hydraulically driven to simultaneously or separately deliver two different slurries. This hydraulic grout pump mainly consists of an electric motor, a double-plunger pump (or gear pump), an overflow valve, a hydraulic directional valve block, hydraulic cylinders, a working cylinder, a mixer, and an electrical control box.
Working principle of LGM90/100PLD-E High pressure hydraulic grout pump:The electric motor directly drives the pump to generate high-pressure hydraulic fluid, which flows through the overflow valve into the hydraulic directional valve block. The valve block controls the reciprocating motion of the hydraulic cylinders. Since the hydraulic cylinders and working cylinders move synchronously and have the same diameter and stroke, the displacement and pressure of the working cylinders are essentially similar to those of the hydraulic cylinders. Each end of the working cylinder has an independent suction valve and discharge valve, allowing the dual-cylinder pump to both suction and discharge the same slurry or two different slurries separately. The two slurries are finally mixed by the mixer and injected into the target location.
